Sommelier’s Notes
On the nose, expect expressive pear, apricot, and elderflower aromatics with a hint of cotton candy sweetness. The palate opens with juicy fruit notes of peach, apricot, and soft berries then layers into a refined, faintly creamy mouthfeel with undercurrents of sweet rice and floral nuance. The crisp acidity finesses the mid-palate and leads to a clean, invigorating finish.
