Sommelier’s Notes
Subtle sweet notes of dairy products and bananas, with an elegant and yogurt-like acidity on the Palette. It does not have the traditional sharp acidity that cuts the sake, but rather the feeling that the sake itself disappears like a mist. The calming aroma, light sweetness and soft mouthfeel reflect the characteristics of the water of Okasakusen.
