A vibrant seasonal Junmai Ginjo brewed with locally grown Hitomebore rice, offering a lightly sweet, summery character. The aroma is bright and delicate, with notes of peach and muscat grape, leading to a smooth palate of summer berries, pine nuts, and subtle umami. Acidity adds freshness, finishing clean with a playful crisp edge.
