On the nose, the sake opens with a delicate bouquet of white peach, tropical melon, and fresh-cut herbs. A classic Ginjo aromatic profile, but toned with clarity and finesse. The flavour builds gently, with a silken entry that unfolds into notes of ripe stone fruit, sweet rice, and a touch of lemon peel
